The Hand and Trumpet

Wrinehill, Staffordshire Written by thomas on 7th October 2012 As part of the Brunning and Price chain of pubs, I expected great things from the Hand and Trumpet. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations.

I have been here numerous times, and the food is not consistent. Sometimes it is awesome, other times it is awful. Given the price (15-20 for a main course), I'd expect great food every time.

The staff are friendly, and there are a wide variety of ales on offer. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about.

Overall an alright pub if you have the money.
